Dylan’s practice has focused on complex commercial litigation, primarily centered on business disputes. Dylan has vigorously defended and pursued claims involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, misappropriation, tortious interference and fraud for clients in various industries. Dylan has experience representing clients in pre-suit negotiations, litigation and on appeal.

Dylan earned his Juris Doctor at St. Mary’s Law School, graduating in the top 10% of his class. During his second year of law school, Dylan worked as a Teacher’s Assistant for St. Mary’s legal writing and research class. Dylan also interned with the San Antonio Board of Realtors where he worked closely with general counsel researching relevant corporate and real estate ordinances affecting members and drafting compliant policies.

Dylan prides himself on effective communication with his clients to develop case specific strategies and to identify possible commercial resolutions.
